Recipe

  • Step 1
    Insert the paper filter into the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water.
    This removes paper taste and preheats the brewer.
  • Step 2
    Place the AeroPress over your mug and add 16 g of coffee.
  • Step 3
    Pour 30 ml hot water evenly and wait for 30 secs.
  • Step 4
    Pour hot water evenly until you reach 240 ml.
  • Step 5
    Stir gently to ensure all grounds are fully saturated.
  • Step 6
    Insert the plunger and let the coffee steep for about 1 minute.
  • Step 7
    Press down slowly and steadily until you hear a soft hiss, then serve immediately.
