Step 3 Pour the remaining water gently until you reach 240 ml.
Step 4 Stir lightly to ensure all grounds are saturated, then place the lid on without pressing the plunger.
Step 5 Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
Step 6 Press the plunger down slowly and evenly, then pour and serve immediately. Serving immediately prevents over-extraction and bitterness.
