Iced Filter Coffee with Milk

Recipe

  • Step 1
Add ice cubes into a transparent serving glass.
  • Step 2
Insert and rinse the filter paper, then add 16 g coffee and level the bed.
  • Step 3
Bloom with a small amount of hot water for 30 seconds.
Blooming improves sweetness and prevents sharp dilution.
  • Step 4
Slowly pour remaining water until you reach 190 ml, allowing coffee to drip directly over the ice.
  • Step 5
Gently swirl the glass to evenly chill the coffee.
  • Step 6
Slowly pour cold milk over the iced coffee to create the layered swirl.
