Iced Pour Over Coffee

Recipe

  • Step 1
Add ice cubes directly into your server or drinking glass and place the dripper on top.
The ice instantly locks aroma and preserves flavour clarity.
  • Step 2
Insert the filter paper and rinse it thoroughly with hot water, then discard the rinse water.
  • Step 3
Add 16 g of ground coffee into the filter and gently tap to level the coffee bed.
  • Step 4
Pour about 30 ml hot water evenly over the coffee to bloom.
Wait for 30 secs before the second pour.
  • Step 5
Pour 90 ml of water in slow circular motion for about 10 secs.
Wait for 30 secs before the final pour.
  • Step 6
Slowly pour the remaining hot water in controlled circular motions until you reach 160 ml.
  • Step 7
Allow the coffee to drip directly over the ice and melt naturally.
  • Step 8
Give the drink a gentle swirl to combine and enjoy immediately.
