    Fill the bottom chamber of the Moka pot with preheated water up to the safety valve.
    Using hot water prevents burnt flavours and speeds extraction.

    Add 16 g coffee into the filter basket and level gently without tamping.
  • Step 3
    Assemble the Moka pot tightly and place it on low heat.
  • Step 4
    Allow the coffee to brew gradually until you hear a gentle bubbling sound.
    Slow brewing ensures smoother flavour and avoids bitterness.

    Remove from heat once the coffee starts spluttering in the top chamber.

    Stir the brewed coffee lightly and serve immediately.
