Pour Over Coffee

Recipe

  1. Step 1
Place the filter paper into your dripper and rinse it thoroughly with hot water.
This removes paper taste and preheats your brewer.
  2. Step 2
Add 16 g of ground coffee into the filter and gently tap to level the coffee bed.
  3. Step 3
Start the timer and pour about 30 ml of hot water evenly over the grounds to bloom.
Allow the coffee to bloom for 30 secs before the second pour.
  4. Step 4
Pour 90 ml of water in slow circular motion for about 10 secs.
Wait for 30 secs before the final pour.
  5. Step 5
Slowly pour the remaining water until you reach 240 ml total.
  6. Step 6
Allow the coffee to fully drip through before removing the dripper.
  7. Step 7
Give the brewed coffee a gentle swirl and enjoy.
